Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Chef Davione Hellams discovered his passion for food early on, inspired by the rich flavors and traditions of the South. His culinary journey began in Charleston, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Business Management from the Art Institute of Charleston and honed his craft in some of the city’s most respected kitchens.

After relocating to Atlanta seven years ago, Chef Davione served as Sous Chef at the renowned Oak Steakhouse, where he spent four years mastering fine dining techniques and elevating classic Southern dishes with a modern twist.

Now the proud owner and personal chef behind Scattered Skillet, Chef Davione brings his love of food and hospitality directly to your table. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, weekly meal prep, or a special celebration, he believes every meal should tell a story—one filled with bold flavor, creativity, and heart.
